The Bielefeld-based company has sold more shirts in Germany than any other manufacturer and is one of the three largest suppliers in the world.

Refusal to compromise on quality has been an outstanding characteristic since the company was founded in 1919. “By our own hands and on our own responsibility” was and remains to this day the maxim of the family business. “On the matter of quality, we take a highly inflexible approach. Uncompromising – indeed, almost pig-headed,” says Gerd Oliver Seidensticker, who has been a director of the Seidensticker Group since 2004.

80 work steps, 120 metres of yarn and 142 quality checks, along with a high degree of hand-processing: these are what make Seidensticker's brand of shirts different. A sense of fashion and style is reflected in every shirt. Seidensticker can now look back on countless innovations over the course of its 100-year history.
