Visitors will experience state-of-the-art hightech solutions, as well as unpredicted application possibilites and an additional disruptive surprise – for the most signficant change in the history of the corporate group is pending!

High-performant threedimensional spacer fabric

Among many other product solutions you will be introduced to the high-performant threedimensional spacer fabric “Free D Mesh”. It doesn’t only offer a plethora of product benefits but the very potential for entirely new product innovations.

Free D Mesh (www.freedmesh.com) combines maximum resilience with excellent air circulation, extreme abrasion resistance with a unique design, and optimal acoustic properties with dozens of additional advantages. Thus, the high-tech textile does not only improve the existing product lines but allows for the development of completely new innovations.

This is realized by the particularly sophisticated construction pattern: Free D Mesh interlinks two knitted surfaces through spacer threads, resulting in a textile body with a thickness up to twelve millimeters.

Unique functional and design effects

This way, unique functional and design effects are achieved which cannot be realized by conventional materials. Already today Free D Mesh is successfully utilized in different business sectors, e.g. as comfortable padding underlying automotive seating surfaces, as breathable footwear lining, or as acoustically effective wall covering. Further innumerable applications will be possible in the future.

ZwissTex GmbH unites all textile companies within Dr. Zwissler Holding AG in one, strong, globally represented network. The ZwissTex group consists of highly specialized companies that develop and process various quality textiles – ranging from high-tech materials for renowned automobile manufacturers to the development multifunctional fabrics for hiking, sport, and casual footwear.
