Change in managing board
Michael Kilian, former member of the Executive Board of Dürkopp Adler AG, has taken over the responsibilities of Wolf-Markus Frank and became part of the Managing Board from January 1st, 2024.

He replaced Wolf-Markus Frank, who is leaving the company at his own request. Dürkopp Adler is an international group of companies operation in the fiel of industrial sewing. Furthermore, Min Zhang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shang Gong Group Co. Ltd, Shanghai, joined the managing board of Dürkopp Adler GmbH as Chairman. Yongwu Chen moved to Pfaff Industriesysteme und Maschinen GmbH and Sonotronic GmbH from January 1st, 2024, to join the managing board of both companies.
