The consolidation of plants 2 and 3 at the Heldenfingen site, the relocation of the administration to this site and the serious effects of the Corona pandemic on the demand for technical textiles pose particular challenges for Dr. Zwissler Holding AG in terms of process optimization, efficiency increase and digitization.

For this reason, the Supervisory Board of Dr. Zwissler Holding AG has appointed Dr. Ulrike Neubauer as Chairman of the Executive Board of Dr. Zwissler Holding AG with immediate effect. Dr. Neubauer, who is already responsible for the Finance Department on the Board of Management, has demonstrated her competence in these areas in various professional positions beyond her actual Finance Department.

Due to differing views on the strategic orientation of the Group, Mr. Marc W. Lorch has decided to leave the Executive Board of Dr. Zwissler Holding AG and to take up new challenges outside the Group.
