The new “Orthopac RXVMC-20” straightening concept is characterized by an intelligent combination of control and regulation, which enables rapid correction of the measured distortion.

The “Orthopac RXVMC-20” straightening concept consists of two individually controllable and driven straightening modules that effectively correct distortions in textiles with high distortion dynamics. Distortion sensors at the infeed of the first straightening module detect the distortion fluctuations in the fabric before they reach the straightening rollers. The straightening rollers are adjusted using stepless, hydraulic or electric drives. An intelligent, self-optimizing, and AI-enhanced control algorithm ensures a highly precise and fast response to the measured fabric distortion.

An additional distortion detection system at the outlet of the second straightening module recognizes any residual distortion in the fabric. These are reliably corrected by the intelligent control algorithm in conjunction with the straightening rollers.

The separation and individual positioning of the respective straightening modules form the basis for the development of a completely new control concept – a combination of control and regulation. This enables an even more precise and faster response to rapidly changing distortions, ensuring lower profits due to non-compliance with residual distortion values are now a thing of the past.
