She succeeds Armin Erb who retired after more than 40 years with Jowat. Ina Benz began her career at the adhesives manufacturer Jowat from Detmold in 2004 when she worked on her diploma thesis about the potential of monomer-reduced PUR hot melt adhesives in applications. One year later, she took on responsibility for Claim Management within the TSS. Since 2012, she has successfully led the Application Technology Department within TSS.

Ina Benz has assumed her new role as Head of TSS at Jowat SE with effect from 1 November 2020. The Technical Support and Service division at Jowat SE comprises the departments Application Technology, Claim Management and Packaging Management plus Jowat’s in-house Technical Lab. The wide scope of responsibilities is seen as an exciting challenge but also a great opportunity by the experienced adhesives expert.
