My TexStyle – Knowledge and Cutting-Edge Technologies for Poland’s Textile Sector

Ensuring sustainable production, using materials and machinery with minimal environmental impact, and extending product lifecycles —these are the new obligations imposed on clothing manufacturers. Polish enterprises are now facing a paradigm shift in the way they operate. How can they comply with these regulations while maintaining production in Europe, where operational costs are high, and skilled textile workers are increasingly scarce? The answer is simple: modern machinery.

Textile and clothing industry experts unanimously agree that automating the majority of factory processes is essential. Without it, business development and profitability will be unattainable. For this reason, Targi Kielce, one of Poland’s leading B2B event organisers, has created a platform for showcasing AI-driven solutions for textile production and the latest textile machinery.

– Targi Kielce is helping to shape the new reality of the textile industry in Poland. (…) My TexStyle exhibitors, along with representatives from both Polish and international textile sectors and academic institutions, will present entirely new technological solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for visitors to explore innovative devices and navigate the evolving technological landscape, – says Henryk Marucha, owner of Victory Sportswear Company.

My TexStyle International Exhibition at Targi Kielce

This exhibition, dedicated to the textile industry’s evolving landscape, comprises several thematic zones, including machinery, textile materials, technical textiles, and fibres. Attendees will have the opportunity to discover state-of-the-art weaving and knitting machines, sewing machines, cutting systems, 3D printers, textiles, knitted fabrics, yarns, laboratory equipment, advanced textile recycling machinery, and dyeing technologies.

The event will feature exhibitors from five continents, presenting their cutting-edge products. The My TexStyle International Exhibition for Textile Machinery, Materials, and Accessories will take place from 7 to 9 May 2025 at Targi Kielce.

Poland and Central & Eastern Europe – A Market Hungry for Innovation

According to data from the Polish Textile Industry Association, Poland’s textile sector currently employs 194,000 people, making it one of the country’s largest industries and the third most promising market in Europe. However, the sector faces increasing challenges.

– We must closely monitor new trends and regulations because we aim to reach a significantly higher technological and quality level. Our industry faces a major challenge – transitioning from manual to machine-based production. We must automate key processes – says Ireneusz Chabrowski, President of the Polish Textile Industry Association.

Future TexStyle Congress – A Key Accompanying Event

The inaugural Future TexStyle Congress, held alongside the My TexStyle from 7 to 9 May 2025, focuses on global and local market changes resulting from Europe’s green transition. Divided into three thematic sections—Green, Innovation, and Business—the event offers three days of in-depth discussions with leaders from Poland’s and the world’s textile industries.

Attendees can expect expert insights on:

  • The impact of the new EU directive on the textile sector
  • Sustainability reporting requirements for large and small companies
  • Textile waste management, segregation, and recycling
  • Automation and robotics in textile production
  • The application of eco-friendly materials and sustainable technologies
  • The next generation of textile machinery

Circular Economy and Recycling Cluster – A Strategic Co-Organiser

The Future TexStyle Congress is co-organised by the Circular Economy and Recycling Cluster, an organisation that has been supporting the industry since 2012 by creating sustainable raw material supply chains, integrating businesses, and strengthening the competitiveness of its members.

Since 2016, the Circular Economy and Recycling Cluster has been recognised as one of Poland’s Key National Clusters, certified by the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology.
