From January 2024, the Management Board will therefore consist of Dr. Andreas Raps (CEO), Marco Altherr (CFO) and John McNabb (CTO), who has held the position since 2018. Dr. Frank Heislitz and Thomas Herr will join the Freudenberg Group´s Board of Management at the beginning of 2024.

Dr. Andreas Raps has been a member of the Executive Council of Freudenberg SE since 2020 and CEO of EagleBurgmann, a joint venture between the Japanese EKK and the German Freudenberg Group, since 2016. Previously, he held various executive management positions at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since 2004. Before joining the Freudenberg Group, Raps worked for various management consultancies in Boston, USA, Munich and Zurich, Switzerland.

Marco Altherr, CFO of Vibracoustic SE, a Freudenberg Group company, since 2020, previously held various senior management positions at Freudenberg & Co. KG. He has many years of experience in management positions at well-known companies such as Manroland AG, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, Boehringer Ingelheim and Arthur Andersen.
