Next generation “TC 30i” carding machine
Trützschler unveiled the “TC 30i” carding machine at ITMA 2023, impressing customers and solidifying the company´s status as a textile machinery pioneer.

The “TC 30i´s” sales release now emphasizes its benefits, such as a 35% increase in active flats and a 14% boost in carding length, combined with the intelligent gap optimizer “T-GO”. Operator-independent, consistent results are ensured through automatic carding gap setting, and a redesigned suction system promotes a 50% reuse of card waste, complemented by a waste controll system, as an assurance against unnecessary fiber loss. Furthermore, a version specifically designed for textile recycling addresses specific challenges, in processing secondary fibers like high short fiber content, on average shorter fibers and yarn and fabric particles. As a result, the “TC 30i” promises to redefine carding efficiency and quality.
