Olymp reshuffles Corporate Fashion and Private Label
At Olymp, Andreas Telahr will step down at the end of 2026 after more than three decades with the company. Stefan Klieber is set to take over responsibility for Corporate Fashion and Private Label. Sales Managing Director Peter Hoever points to continuity and a sharper strategic focus for both units.
One lead for Corporate Fashion and Private Label
Olymp Bezner KG (Bietigheim-Bissingen near Stuttgart) is reorganising its Corporate Fashion and Private Label operations. Telahr, long-standing Head of Corporate Fashion, will end his professional career at year-end 2026. His successor is Stefan Klieber, who will oversee both business units going forward.
Telahr’s track record: build-up and aftersales
Telahr (64) joined Olymp in 1996, initially working across warehousing, logistics and customer service. As the company expanded and opened up Corporate Fashion as a new field, his responsibilities increasingly shifted towards that segment, which Olymp says he developed in a focused way. The company also established itself as a supplier of service and uniform shirts and blouses. According to Olymp, customers now include corporate accounts as well as public authorities at federal, state and municipal level - including the Bundeswehr, police, judiciary and fire service - alongside airlines and textile service and finishing companies. Telahr also remained responsible for aftersales service until the end.
Klieber’s background: private label, brand and sourcing
Hoever credits Telahr’s contribution and says it “deserves the highest respect”. He adds that Telahr’s commitment, expertise and loyalty helped Olymp position itself internationally in high-quality corporate fashion. Hoever also notes that the role will be refilled “without delay”, and that with Klieber the company intends to continue its current course and strengthen the strategic direction of both areas.
Klieber (45), a graduate sports economist, brings 18 years of experience in strategic management, sales, brand and product management, as well as purchasing and sourcing in the fashion and footwear industry. He joins from Run Lifewear GmbH (Göppingen), a company he co-founded, where as Managing Director he was responsible for building the private label business. He is also the initiator and co-developer of the in-house brands mundart (sustainable shoes and apparel) and Revo (comfort sandals with an anatomical footbed). Previous roles include brand management at Hugo Boss (Metzingen) and project management at adidas (Herzogenaurach).
