Dennis Lau, who successfully launched Rudholm Group’s U.S. business in 2016, has driven continuous growth across the company’s international production hubs, particularly in Asia and the U.S., where the group operates two state-of-the-art facilities producing polymailers, polybags, care labels, and variable data solutions such as RFID and barcode stickers.

Rudholm Group, with its Scandinavian roots, has become synonymous with cutting-edge innovation and sustainable practices in the apparel labeling, packaging and trim industry. Under Lau's leadership, the company is set to strengthen its global footprint, further solidifying its commitment to providing high-quality solutions across its vast network.

Digital Innovations involving the Digital Product Passport

In addition, Rudholm Group has recently launched an update of ShareLabel, an intuitive software platform developed by Rudholm Technology in Sweden. This platform supports the Digital Product Passport (DPP) initiative, which will soon become a mandatory requirement for apparel and footwear in the European market. The DPP is also gaining traction in the U.S. market where its promoted by the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA).

Dennis Lau commented: “We are extremely far ahead of our competition when it comes to the DPP. Rudholm not only offers the DPP enabling software but also has vertically integrated global production hubs for the labels (carriers of the QR Code) themselves, supported by our Variable Data Cloud software that stores and enables the specific product data needed for a true Digital Product Passport.”
