Outdoor 2016: On track for success

Ranking as the leading global meeting for the outdoor sector, Outdoor 2016 in Friedrichshafen will open its doors from 13 to 16 July. More than 900 exhibitors from over 40 countries will be represented, including the prominent members of industry association European Outdoor Group which co-organises the event.

The top brands at the show include a number of newcomers such as Crocs and Zimtstern. “The late arrival of winter is posing a challenge for the industry. In times such as these, it is all the more important to find a broad dialogue and to make good preparations for the summer season.

Brands are best advised to cater for all seasons. In its role as the perfect summer platform, Outdoor is most certainly the place to be,” states Division Director Stefan Reisinger. The high density of new products on show at Outdoor is reflected in the Outdoor Industry Award, which is presented by an international jury as an accolade for highly innovative products.
