RSG Automation Technics GmbH & Co. KG, located in Bietigheim-Bissingen near Stuttgart, Germany, manufactures customer-specific facilities for fully or semi-automated processing of narrow fabrics. With its systems, products such as lifting and lashing straps, slings, seat and safety belts can be processed and assembled in a fully automated way. Also, ultrasonic and laser applications can be implemented at the production facilities.

In addition, over the last two years RSG has developed various new types of production lines, which can be used to automatically produce different types of airbags and home-textiles. These systems will utilize several 6-axis robots.

The solutions allow significant time and cost savings for RSG customers and increase consistently and reproducibly production capacity and product quality. As an indispensable addition, the patented monitoring technologies for sewing processes were established on the market, which guarantee a fully supervised sewing process.

The highlights for 2022 will be the new fully-automated production line Narrow-Matic for tension straps and the latest assembly units which combines modern sewing technology with high-end 6-axis robots to realize very innovative manufacturing possibilities. These new lines we will present exclusively on the TexProcess shows.
