Intertextil Shanghai Home Textiles 2023

1,022 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions occupy four halls and 100,000 sqm gross at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). This much-awaited Autumn Edition of Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles will return to its regular format, as a comprehensive platform held separately from Messe Frankfurt’s other autumn textile fairs. From 16 – 18 th August 2023, the fair is set to offer global buyers a well-rounded sourcing experience for the upcoming seasons.

The event will communicate insights, offer industry specific inspiration, and facilitate cross-sector exchanges for fairgoers. Spanning Halls 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, and 6.2, it showcases home and contract textiles. The upcoming edition will draw more international participants than the prior autumn edition, with buyers from 66 countries and regions and renowned brands presenting their latest innovations.

Key pavilions highlight specific origins: The Belgium Pavilion features brands like Libeco and Love Home Fabrics, the Taiwan (China) Pavilion showcases exhibitors like JWL Fabrics Co Ltd, and Maxland Home Textile Industrial Co Ltd, and the Türkiye Pavilion presents suppliers like Aleran Tekstil and Küçükçalik Tekstil. Product zones will help buyers easily locate desired home and contract textiles, encompassing categories such as curtain fabrics, sun protection, upholstery, furniture leather, bedding, loungewear, bath, and rugs. Chinese and international suppliers participate, including Elastron – Leather & Fabrics, Morgan, and Hangzhou Aico Home Textile Co Ltd.

The fringe program adds value with multiple concurrent events, like the International Intertextile Trend Forum 2023–2024, discussing the design effects from sustainability to technology. The IKASAS Japanese Home design Gallery and themed seminar gives Japanese furniture insights. The cross-sector conference in Hall 5.1 on the second day, in collaboration with CRECC Full Decoration Council, on healthy home decoration environment presents the intersection between real estate and home textiles, offering attendees valuable market insights.
