All About Sustainability Zone is returning to Intertextile Shanghai with a 10% increase in scale.

Located in Hall 5.2, the All About Sustainability zone featured the acclaimed Oeko-Tex by Testex Pavilion. Once again 10 Oeko-Tex certified companies and customers of Testex worked together to draw the focus on textile ecology and sustainability.

The partners exhibited knitted and woven fabrics made of natural fibres, chemical fibres and mixed, functional fabrics, as well as accessories like embroidery thread, labels, etc. All 10 pavilion companies are Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex certified, of which Malaysian Penfabric (Toray Group) is the only STeP certified company.

Furthermore their semi-finished products are Made in green by Oeko-Tex labelled. The special area dedicated to Made in green & Step by Oeko-Tex showcased the customers’ outstanding achievements in sustainable manufacturing processes covered by Step.

A highlight was the Made in green (MIG) labelled children’s sleepwear collection by Swiss Calida and the first-ever MIG labelled towels by Loftex. Seven well-known Step by Oeko-Tex certified Chinese companies - Esquel, Shenghong Group, Tianjin Tiange, Shandong Lutai, Shandong Lufeng, Huafu, Jiedong Paris Thread exhibited their textile products and accessories in our special zone.
