Amann’s Road to Zero: the new WRe-finish from Amann is even more environmentally friendly, as it avoids the use of PFC entirely. Of course, the new WRe is also wash-resistant and can be sewn easily as well.
The WRe-finish (WRe = water-repellent) is a basic requirement for dry seams. All Amann sewing threads with WRe-finish are certified according to Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex and do not contain PFOA. The WRe-finish can be applied to all Amann sewing threads, is wash-resistant and has no negative impact on the sewability.
