ITMA 2015 – Dienes: Innovative process solutions

Dienes will focus especially on innovative process solutions for synthetic fibre production through the use of Dienes standard components and modules. The products from Dienes allow the creation of complete laboratory and pilot lines. Thanks to the intelligent modular structure of the units they promise absolute flexibility in connection with process reliability for production, research and development.
Dienes will present among others its prototype version of the steam chamber that optimises the filament production of PAN precursors and other polymers. Furthermore, Dienes will demonstrate application examples and further developments of its nanofibre spinning machine with centrifuge technology. Dienes is exhibiting its largest ever built-in series high-temperature godet. In contrast to it the smallest cost-optimized standard godet SDR will be presented.
