Fugafil-saran GmbH, based in Raesfeld, Germany, presents the saran blind fabrics that reduce insolation without blocking out the view. Not surprisingly, this textile is being used with increasing frequency in the automotive industry (coaches, commercial vehicles), and on trains. The materials are flame-retardant, have high levels of dimensional stability, excellent durability and do not absorb moisture. At the beginning of this year, Fugafil-saran GmbH was taken under the wing of the Saati Group, which is headquartered in Appiano Gentile, Italy. This latest move will expand the group’s production opportunities and the product ranges of both companies, strengthening their position in the face of global competition.
