Energy is expensive and constitutes a considerable cost factor in households all over the world. Ado Gardinenwerke can take the edge off those unpleasant bills with what could perhaps be described as an energy saving programme.

The new Ado thermal fabrics are not only decorative but they also contribute to stemming heat loss and thus also curbing heating costs. They provide effective protection from the cold and from draughts around windows, doors and in rooms. A pleasant side effect is that these curtain fabrics enhance the acoustics of a room, as they are proven to muffle sound and create pleasantly reduced noise levels.

The Cosy 1079 model comes in a semi-plain fabric with different colours in the warp and weft and a fine matt-lustre effect. The colour chart featuring 18 variations includes everything from subtle ivory, sand and grey through warm terracotta and red to the current yellows, greens and blues.

Cocoon 1098 is a chenille fabric with a light crash finish. The velour material has a soft handle and features ten versatile colours. Be it for curtains, room partitions or draught excluders for doors, the special fibre structure and yarn density of both fabrics contribute to keeping rooms cosy and warm.
