Jakob Müller is poised to present its current range of machinery at its generously designed theme islands at ITMA. The machines on display score high in the sustainability stakes with reduced energy consumption and low waste levels. At its newly designed stand in the Swiss and Müller colours red and white, buyers will be able to see numerous models from the Jakob Müller Group in action, including machines from Comez International.

Some of the highlights include: Label weaving machines for labels and images with cut selvedges. The latest generation of machines from the Mügrip family with a working width of 1,200mm offers a 20 percent increase in output, a 20 percent fall in energy consumption and a 20 percent slide in production costs per label.

Air-jet label weaving machines for labels and images with cut selvedges: the Müjet MBJL6 with a working width of 1,200mm is being unveiled in Europe for the first time. Maximum speeds of up to 950rpm, coupled with optimal efficiency allow the warp and weft materials to be handled very gently during production.

The Müprint MDP3 E – ink-jet direct printing system is designed for elastic and non-elastic textile tapes. The ink-jet direct printing system has a new printing head and an extended working width of 2 x 410mm. It can print various patterns next to each other thanks to an innovative high-precision printing head.
