By introducing Mammut Connect, the Swiss outdoor company is taking its trading partners by the hand and guiding them along the path towards digitalisation.

Experience-oriented concept

Mammut Connect makes it possible to share emotional and interactive product information directly with the consumer. The NFC technology provides access to the Mammut Connect app which, in turn, facilitates sales at retail by sharing detailed product information. Mammut is thus supporting retailers as they transform their point of sale into a point of experience, guiding them into the digital age. Mammut Connect offers a range of services and after-sales provisions for unique customer experiences which pave the way for new forms of collaboration with retail partners.

My Product, My Inspiration, My Activity

Divided into three main areas – My Product, My Inspiration and My Activity – the app introduces consumers to a Mammut world filled with inspiration. Mammut Connect offers a unique experience-led platform for outdoor enthusiasts, providing an innovative, emotional and interactive presentation of product information and services, after-sales care with offers such as warranty extensions, videos and stories that create a virtual brand experience, and finally exclusive invitations to outdoor events in collaboration with retail partners. In My Activity, outdoor enthusiasts can collect their unique outdoor experiences in a personal summit diary and share them with the community.
