Getzner takes majority in Membryx

Getzner Textil has increased its stake in Membryx GmbH to 70.5 percent and now holds the majority in the specialist for textile protective layers and functional sheet materials. The former Phantomleaf Textiles GmbH now operates under the name Membryx GmbH and is majority-owned by the Getzner Textil Group.
