With the "Alpha" series, Stäubli aims to showcase optimal solutions for every type of carpet design and quality level, ranging from carpets to specialized applications for high-traffic areas like transportation and contracting. The latest model, the “Alpha 580 Universal”, unveiled at ITMA 2023, offers a wide range of design options for various types of carpets, including cut pile and flat weave, pattern on the ground, weft patterning as well as reverse, sisal, and high pile. The built-in “Noemi” architecture aims to enable high-speed data transmission and energy efficiency, while the Jacquard machine “LX2494” ensures highly precise pile bindings. Up to 25,600 boards operate without reducing web speed, representing just one of the many technical highlights that also emphasize energy conservation. There´s also something new in the primary binding realm: an electronic rotational shaft machine based on the renowned Stäubli rotational principle, said to be very compact. The Stäubli Group isn´t solely focused on technological innovation but also offers comprehensive services such as pre-purchase consultation, training, and long-term customer support.
