04/03/2024 – Pleva at Techtextil 2024
Making processes transparent and efficient
From April 23rd to 26th in Frankfurt, the Techtextil will take place. Pleva, a German sensor and control systems developer, will presents its newest developents.
End users and customers from the machinery industry are increasingly interested in making processes cost-effective, sustainable and above all more efficent. By using sensors and controls at textile processes, producers can save significant amounts of energy, improve product quality and make even complex processes more traceable and reproducible. “Plevatec pro” is a customizable software solution that facilitates the integration of various process critical data with the aim of providing all information at one glance and enabling optimal control. Furthermore, it allows for setting tolerances, saving parameters as well as integrating devices like exhaust humidity, temperature among others. “Our new process control system ‘Plevatec pro’ is designed to meet exactly those needs. It enhances operation even at complex production lines with different modules, enabling our customers traceablility and easy operation to save energy and improve the product quality”, states Dr. Ralf Pleva, Managing Director at Pleva. For the assessment of quality parameters but also weft straightening, precise detection and advanced image processing are crucial. The “CAM series 400” offers enhanced brightness lightning and special lighting options enable the detection of all kinds of fabric - regardless of density or color. Additionaly, it is designed as a retrofit for existing Pleva systems, featuring easy connectors and suitable for harsh conditions thanks to an improved housing design. In conclusion, with the need to manange complex processes and high customer requirements, technologies as sensors and controls are playing an important role in today´s economy.
