It goes without saying that CAD is the pattern construction and design tool – but CAD also has another aspect, one that can give you important new advantages in collection development – and to realize these benefits, Assyst offers true innovations in design, automation, data exchange and collaboration.

Take the Smart functions for Cad.Assyst, for instance. The intelligent tools Smart.Guide and Smart.Measure give you around 20% more efficiency.

The automation of routine tasks with macros in Smart.Pattern also brings significant time savings and solid reliability in pattern construction.

Smart.Filter is also new

This module creates several variants in one piece, so alterations only have to be made in one pattern piece. Any desired variant (e.g. with a pocket) can be filtered out and used throughout the process chain.

Assyst has also introduced something brand new for data exchange & collaboration: Cad.Assyst piece data in the Fashion Cloud GoLive is now constantly updated in the background, making it available for every location and every partner if required.

The process integration of the CAD data is also supplemented by the expansion of the range of data conversion options. Cad.Assyst can already handle most of the popular data formats on the market – but Version 20.15 can now convert Investronica piece data that can be imported in superb quality in the Cad.Assyst format.
