Thermore partners with Patagonia

The Heyes Peak collection from Patagonia is designed for mixed weather. Thermore supplies the insulation EVOdown. It is made from 100% recycled fibers and certified to OEKO-TEX, GRS and bluesign.

EVOdown is made from 100% recycled polyester, derived from PET bottles. It is designed to combine the soft hand feel and loft of down with the easy care of a synthetic fill, and to deliver consistent warmth. The shell of the Heyes Peak Jacket is a second recycled material. NetPlus® is a 1.2-oz, 20-denier ripstop made from 100% postconsumer recycled nylon, made from recycled fishing nets. Thermore names no certification for this shell fabric.

The Heyes Peak Jacket pairs 80 g/m² EVOdown with this shell. Its DWR finish is made without intentionally added PFAS. The collection spans five men's and women's styles: a jacket, a parka, a hoody and a 3-in-1 parka. Each style features a layer-friendly lining.

Thermore operates production facilities in the Far East and Europe and partners with leading fashion and outdoor brands worldwide. For Joe DiGirolamo, Director of Sales at Thermore, being chosen as Patagonia's insulation partner for a five-style collection underlines where Thermore stands in this space. He says: "Patagonia is a brand that holds itself, and its supply chain, to a high bar on sustainability."
