How Swiss engineering is redefining textile dyeing
Benninger aims to set new standards for efficiency, quality and precision to textile dyeing processes. The machine manufacturer improves the entire value-added chain of customers by observing the process life cycles.
“FabricMaster”: developed for high demands
The “FabricMaster” from Benninger is designed to handle the most challenging dyeing tasks with ease. It excels in dyeing difficult Lycra blends of Cotton, Rayon, Nylon, and Modal fabrics in open width form, without any rope marks or edge curling. The “FabricMaster” is engineered to outperform, with all pressurised parts designed by expert engineers with over 30 years of experience. Parts are rigorously calculated, verified by independent authorities (TÜV), and certified to meet the highest EU standards. Welders are certified to ensure 100% precision, and materials undergo extra testing for complete quality assurance. Every machine is CE-marked and backed by full conformity certificates for global customers.
Sustainable dyeing with “JigMaster”
“JigMaster” is designed to be an exceptional performer in the field of discontinuous fabric dyeing, ideal for delicate and intricate fabrics. One of the standout features of the “JigMaster” is its “TwinJig” technology, which includes two independent troughs, enabling customers to save up to 35% water during rinsing. This technology also optimises energy usage, making the dyeing process more eco-friendly without compromising quality. The machine’s counterflow rinsing and high mechanical washing effect enhance resource savings by reducing water and steam consumption. These are significant advantages, given the textile industry's growing focus on sustainability.
50 years of supplying the original “S-roller” technology
Salt-free dyeing without energy consumption is only possible using the cold pad batch (CPB) dyeing process. The heart of the CPB system is the Benninger Küsters Dypad, that is the only textile machine manufacturer with the know-how of the original “S-roller” technology, which is synonymous with an even dyeing result across the entire fabric width. The original “S-roller” solution boasts an impressive legacy with a rich history that spans over 50 years of experience. It is characterised by the uniformity of dyeing results, high colour fastness and reproducibility, great productivity with low production costs and impressive energy efficiency.
