The innovation award “Cellulose Fibre Innovation of the Year” will be granted to the innovative cellulose fibre industry for the development of new technologies and applications. All producers and inventors along the entire value chain from feedstock to the final product are invited to join the competition. The award is given by nova-Institute.

Deadline for submission is 30 November 2020.

The innovation award will be carried out within the framework of the “2nd International Conference on Cellulose Fibres” (www.cellulose-fibres.eu). The Cellulose Fibres Conference is a meeting point for companies working in the field of lignocellulosic feedstock, cellulose fibres – such as rayon, viscose, modal or lyocell – and new applications and developments – woven textiles (clothing) and non-wovens (wipes and technical applications). All these sectors have gained significant momentum over the last few years. The conference will bridge the gap between online participants and attendants at the location in Cologne with live networking tools, debate panels and interactive session formats allowing experts to exchange views and establish new connections.
