Key exhibits include the “SWG-XR” wholegarment knitting machine, which uses “Slide Needle” technology for high-qualtiy, seamless garment production. The “Mach2 VS” and “N.SVR 183” machines offer wholegarment knitting capabilities, while the “N.SIR 123 SP” produces woven-like hybrid fabrics as well as technical textiles. The “SVR” and “N.SSR” models are renowned für their shaping capabilities, with the “SVR 202” offering tandem knitting and the new “N.SSR 072” specializing in collar knitting, debuting in Brazil. The “SFG” machine completes the lineup with fully automatic glove knitting.

Furthermore, Shima Seiki will present their “Apex Fiz” design software, which supports the entire fashion design process from planning to virtual sampling. The software enables realistic fabric simulation, reducing the need for physical samples, thereby saving time, cost, and materials. This aligns with Shima Seiki´s goal of promoting sustainability and digital transformation in the supply chain.

In conclusion, with nearly 30 years of experience in wholegarment technology and over 2,500 patents, Shima Seiki offers comprehensive solutions from production to retail for its customers.
