Successful acquisition of SoCom Scandinavia AB
The European software group Everfield has acquired the Swedish company SoCom Scandinavia AB. It is now a subsidiary of SoCom Informationssysteme GmbH from Krumbach, which was already acquired by Everfield at the beginning of 2023 and specialises in the distribution of SoCom´s ERP system “TIKOS” for the textile care industry in Scandinavia. Everfield solifies the market position of SoCom in the Nordic countries with this strategic move.
