Innovations for the textile industry

At ITMA ASIA 2025 in Singapore, Brückner Textile Technologies will showcase cutting-edge solutions for textile finishing. With over 75 years of expertise, the family-owned company is renowned for its German engineering and energy-efficient technologies tailored to modern production needs. A highlight is the new Power-Frame SFP-2, designed specifically for finishing cotton-based textiles. The machine features an intelligent split-flow ventilation system, energy-efficient motors, and a vertically circulating transport system. Offering lower investment costs and shorter delivery times, it provides an attractive alternative to the high-tech Power-Frame SFP-4, which will also be presented at the event. The SFP-4 stands out with hydrogen or electric heating systems and advanced software for recipe optimisation.

Digitalisation and sustainability at the core

Brückner is driving digital innovation to enhance production efficiency. The new simulation tool ExperTex enables precise pre-calculation of production processes such as drying and fixing. By simulating key performance indicators (KPIs) like energy consumption, CO2 footprint, and production costs, ExperTex ensures “Right-First-Time” production, reducing errors and saving resources.

Additionally, the “myBrückner” customer portal consolidates digital services, machine information, and service systems, providing customers with seamless access to essential tools and data.

Setting new standards in machine technology

Brückner introduces the Power-Dry PD-1, an innovative relax and shrink dryer for knitted fabrics. This compact machine delivers high evaporation performance, optimal shrinkage values, and energy-saving features such as a suction zone. It can even operate with CO2-free heating via high-temperature heat pumps, emphasising sustainability. In the coating segment, Brückner presents the Opti-Coat 2in1, combining air knife and cylinder knife coating for maximum flexibility and precision. Its design ensures easy access for cleaning and maintenance, while achieving excellent results for paste and foam coatings.

Brückner Textile Technologies demonstrates its commitment to shaping the future of textile finishing at ITMA ASIA 2025. With energy-efficient machines, digital tools, and a strong focus on sustainability, the company offers solutions that meet both ecological and economic demands.
