2017 – January

Record breaking 50 Ispo Textrends awards on the 50th anniversary with innovation across six key textile categories. Including our first “best in category product” win with a Cordura 4ever knit by Yoonia (Korea).

Welcome back Wool-Dura. Collaboration with Woolrich, America’s Original Outdoor Clothing Company to re-engineer and re-introduce this classic Cordura fabric.

Space age denim X Venture Collexion makes European debut. This retro-inspired garment collection showcases a 4-way collaboration, linking technical Cordura Denim innovations from Artistic Milliners, Pakistan, Tencel fiber from Lenzing and coatings by Schoeller Technologies.

2017 – February

Climbing to new heights with award-winning brand Blackyak. The 2017 collection features insulation and mid-weight layers designed with Cordura fabric for enhanced durability and soft comfort. With pants, shorts, shirts and jackets, all engineered for survival on the most exposed summit Big Cordura brand breakthrough with strongest ever nylon 6,6 staple fiber ever produced by Invista – introducing Invista T420HT.

2017 – March

Durable upgrade for ‘the fabric of our lives’. Collaboration launched with Cotton Inc. the research and promotion company for U.S. cotton producers and importers. Exploring opportunities to make comfortable, long-lasting and durable cotton blend fabrics for a new generation of performance apparel.

Students’ visions for modern men’s business wear. Working with young designers at NC State University’s college of textiles, USA, to create truly visionary designs in menswear for the modern millennial male.

Dickies Pro next generation extreme-weather workwear launched featuring Cordura Nyco technology made with military grade Invista T420HT fiber.

Collaboration with Cone Denim- a global leader in denim authenticity and innovation – to bring a modern twist to classic selvage denim.

2017 – April

A future where durability and sustainability interconnect – collaboration with Dupont Tate & Lyle Bio Products to develop high performance sustainable textiles engineered to offer exciting new horizons for designers of apparel, footwear and gear.
