Steffi Volland versteht sich als Brückenbauerin zwischen Mittelstand und Forschung: Mit ZIM-Netzwerken verbindet sie kleinere Unternehmen mit dem Know-how von Forschungseinrichtungen und Hochschulen. Seit 2010 hat sie elf Netzwerke mit jeweils rund zwanzig Partnern gegründet und mit Blick auf neue Marktchancen zusammengeführt.
