Steffi Volland versteht sich als Brückenbauerin zwischen Mittelstand und Forschung: Mit ZIM-Netzwerken verbindet sie kleinere Unternehmen mit dem Know-how von Forschungseinrichtungen und Hochschulen. Seit 2010 hat sie elf Netzwerke mit jeweils rund zwanzig Partnern gegründet und mit Blick auf neue Marktchancen zusammengeführt. Aus 54 daraus abgeleiteten Kooperationsprojekten sind wissenschaftsbasierte Lösungen und neue Umsätze entstanden. © LUVO-IMPEX
